WHOLYFIT RETREAT
GOLD CERTIFICATION


Gold Certification is in person, hands- on training and covers layers 2 and 3 of the Armor Workout. No pre-requisites required. Come for the benefit of your own personal practice or to become certified to teach others in WholyFit.  (Silver Certification is also required for those who wish to teach WholyFit.)  

Pre-Certified Gold instructors may always come for free! No tuition. Get contact hours with Laura toward your Pro Platinum Certification so you can train others in WholyFit. Contact Pam@wholyfit.orgfor lodging.



ONLINE SILVER CERTIFICATION

WholyFit offers totally online Silver Certification sessions which cover the theory part of the training including anatomy as well as fitness theory and practice. It covers Layer 1 of the Ephesians 6 routine exercise.

The Silver Certification training will last 14 weeks, and you will be able to start teaching WholyFit Devotional Exercise as soon as you have completed the sessions.

We will walk you through the certification step by step in weekly one-hour webinars. You will not get a better certification anywhere, and you will be blessed throughout the process as you learn about fitness from a Biblically Christian perspective.

You may start your training right away online as soon as you register by paying your tuition of $499 on the website which covers Silver Certification. We will work out a time convenient for you and the others in your "pod."


Plan to come to finish your Gold certification in person to learn the layers 2 and 3 of the routine. (See article above). To Re-certify every two years you learn four new routines with more exercises to stay certified. Join the WholyFit Team. We look forward to meeting you.

Remember to start out slowly as you practice your new DVD(s). Scan through the DVD first so that you know what to expect and how to organize your workouts. DVDs are a great learning tool because you can practice small sections at a time and rewind if you need to. I recommend that you start off with just 10 minutes per day. If you have special needs or any questions be sure to contact me for advice on how best to use your new DVD(s)!
