A new DVD experience! WholyFit is not referred to as "Christian Yoga", but rather it is an alternative to Yoga that is Christian. Why not call WholyFit "Yoga"? Because Christian Yoga co-exists with the philosophies and/or culture of Yoga, while WholyFit is separate... Yet WholyFit offers more than simple Christian stretching exercise. WholyFit is just as powerful and technically based as Yoga offering a true alternative to Yoga from a Christian perspective. WholyFit: Your Alternative to Yoga!
This "Living Record" DVD is an interactive and athletic Christian Fitness video offering a Christian alternative to Yoga. There are 3 levels shown of about 40 Christian mind-body exercises. That's over 100 poses so your new Christian exercise video will give you about 2 years' of practice material! Please remember to begin at a pace that is comfortable for you. This Christian Alternative to Yoga DVD is a self teaching, interactive record that grows and changes with you as you become more fit and will help you to learn WholyFitpractice at home, taking you all the way from beginner to advanced.
Practicing WholyFit Christian Alternative to yoga just 30 minutes 3 times per week for 2 years will get you in tip top physical condition. You'll notice more energy, sleep better and your body will become stronger and more resilient. God's Word will renew your mind, and heal you- heart and soul. That's what WholyFit Devotional Exercise is all about!
Directions: You can make each workout 5 minutes-50 minutes long. Don't feel like you have to do the whole routine from start to finish. Be sure to practice for short intervals at first. These little bits of time really add up. Beginners are advised to do only 5 minutes of cycle 1 warmup, then fast forward to cycle 4, the matwork section.
The DVD is recorded in stereo. For "narration only" pan left. For "music only" pan right. For both narration and music use default.
Buyer's Remark: Laura, My mother bought the Wholy Fit DVD and cards for me and they arrived today. I just completed the workout for the first time on level one and I LOVE it! I really like how you can adjust the voice and music volume separately. It's so nice to have a Christian alternative to yoga that isn't hokey or corny. I'm very happy with it.
