WHOLYFIT DVD $18.99 + tax & Shipping Buyer's Remark: Laura, My mother bought the Wholy Fit DVD and cards for me and they arrived today. I just completed the workout for the first time on level one and I LOVE it! I really like how you can adjust the voice and music volume separately. It’s so nice to have a Christian alternative to yoga that isn’t hokey or corny. I’m very happy with it. I’m already looking forward to doing the next workout. It is appropriate however for all levels of fitness when attention is paid to the 3 LEVELS demonstrated on the video. Always start out by doing just 10 minutes and working up gradually. The Matwork section is a good place to start. |
