"Shield" Level 4 is a strength exercise for advanced participants. It trains the shoulders, core, and legs. For example, Jack La Lane, the "King of Fitness" first introduced this abdominal exercise on TV. Exercises like this one and others used in Yoga do not belong exclusively to Yoga. Legally, movement is public domain. Even Pilates was deregulated so that everyone could use human movements freely. Movement belongs to everyone, especially Christians.
